1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. After your order is processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery generally takes an average of 12 to 15 working days.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@maevetoronto.com before placing an order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Delays

Maeve Toronto is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)

If your order is shipped from outside Canada:

  • You may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or taxes

  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee

Maeve Toronto is not responsible for these additional charges.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

Maeve Toronto is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Failed delivery attempts

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears to be lost or missing:

  • Please contact us at support@maevetoronto.com

  • We will work with the courier to investigate the issue

Maeve Toronto is not responsible for parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
