1. Returns – Change of Mind (14 Days)
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact where possible

You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery

2. Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
3. Refunds (Change of Mind)
Once we have received and inspected your return:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (30-Day Right)
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
In these cases:

Return shipping costs will be covered by us

You will receive a full refund, including original delivery charges (where applicable)

5. Faults After 30 Days
If a fault develops after 30 days, but within a reasonable period after delivery:

You may be entitled to a repair or replacement

If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered
Each case is assessed individually, in line with Canadian consumer law.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.
Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
